Welcome to Jimbo’s Pressure. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our services. Please read them carefully before booking any services.

1. Services Offered
We provide professional pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include (but are not limited to) driveway cleaning, sidewalk and walkway washing, house siding washing, deck and patio cleaning, fence washing, and exterior surface mold/mildew removal. We use professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions to ensure safe and effective results.

2. Appointments and Cancellations
All services must be scheduled in advance. We strive to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments; however, delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for services will be provided after a consultation or site visit, either in person or virtually. All quotes are valid for 14 days. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Late or unpaid balances may result in service interruption or additional fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring we have clear, safe access to all areas scheduled for cleaning. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, furniture, or fragile items, and ensuring pets and children are kept indoors during service. Failure to provide adequate access may result in rescheduling and/or additional charges.

5. Liability and Damage Waiver
We take every precaution to avoid property damage and use low-pressure washing where appropriate. However, pressure washing can expose pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration (such as chipped paint, damaged siding, or aged wood). We are not responsible for such conditions being revealed or worsened during service. Any accidental damage caused directly by our team will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We are fully insured for your protection.

6. Environmental Commitment
We use environmentally responsible cleaning solutions that are safe for landscaping and pets. Wastewater runoff is managed in compliance with local and federal regulations. Customers are encouraged to inform us of any specific environmental concerns on their property prior to service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns promptly.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
